Fiji’s Hash runners are taking part in the Pan Asian Hash 2025 in Taiwan as part of a broader initiative to promote the upcoming Pan Pacific Hash 2027, which will be held in Nadi, Fiji. A team of 15 avid Hash House Harriers has set off for Taiwan, where they will join more than 1,600 other runners from November 21 to 23. Dr. Ram Raju, the Events Director for the Pan Pacific Hash, highlighted that this trip serves as a significant platform for Fiji to display its warm hospitality, breathtaking landscapes, and diverse terrain for running. He envisions that hosting the 2027 Hash will further strengthen Fiji’s sports tourism strategy and cement Nadi’s reputation as a central hub for major sports events.
The inaugural Pan Pacific Hash is slated for September 16 to 18, 2027, aiming to attract at least 1,600 international participants, mirroring the participation seen in Taiwan.
