The Ministry of Justice has held its first meeting of the Combined Law Enforcement and Social Crisis Agency Taskforce, marking a key step in the coordinated fight against Fiji’s rising social and criminal challenges. The meeting, led by the Permanent Secretary for Justice, convened senior officials from various sectors, including law enforcement and essential partner ministries, all focused on enhancing responses to drug-related issues, youth vulnerability, emerging crime trends, and overall community well-being.
