The Fiji Rugby Union is gearing up to unveil exciting travel packages aimed at fans eager to support the Fiji Water Flying Fijians during the forthcoming Nations Championship in the Northern Hemisphere. In a recent announcement, FRU Chair John Sanday shared that the organization is in talks with sponsors to create appealing air travel options for both local supporters and those from abroad.

This Nations Championship marks a historic occasion as it will be the first time Fiji competes in a fully organized international series of this magnitude. Sanday has extended a heartfelt invitation to fans from both hemispheres to show their support in significant numbers as the team prepares for this landmark event.

“We are in discussions with some of our sponsors and travel agents to get fans’ packages along with tickets, and that will be announced very soon. We want as many fans possible to support our boys,” Sanday stated.

The campaign will kick off on July 4 with Fiji facing off against the Wales national rugby union team in Cardiff. This will be followed by a match at home against England on July 11, before the team travels to Edinburgh to take on Scotland at Murrayfield Stadium on July 18.

This initiative not only highlights the increasing interest in rugby within the Pacific Island nation but also underscores the importance of fan engagement as the Fiji Water Flying Fijians look to make their mark on the international stage. Fans can look forward to an exhilarating series and the opportunity to rally behind their team in a historic championship event.
