Fiji Education Leaders Harness 7 Habits to Uplift Schools

School leaders and senior managers across Fiji recently participated in a transformative leadership training program aimed at modernizing educational delivery in the nation. Based on the renowned 7 Habits of Highly Effective People framework, the training was facilitated by FranklinCovey coaches Samuela Savou and Ashok Gore. The program’s focus was on strengthening leadership skills, boosting productivity, and nurturing a strong school culture.
