Yuan highlighted the significant contributions of the Chinese community to Fiji’s development over the past century and a half.
During his address, Yuan expressed the importance of the ongoing relationship between Fiji and China, encouraging efforts to further strengthen bilateral ties for the benefit of both nations. Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka echoed these sentiments, stressing the historical partnership with the People’s Republic of China.
