The Shakira concert had already sold out, and Jason Aldean and Brooks & Dunn’s show saw limited tickets available for purchase just before the announcement.
As concertgoers look to the future, the Fenway schedule will still feature performances from other notable artists, including Hozier on June 23 and 24, followed by The Lumineers on July 17 and 18, and Thomas Rhett on July 19.
For fans concerned about Shakira’s next steps, she will continue her tour with a performance scheduled in Washington, D.C., on May 31. Similarly, Jason Aldean is set to take the stage at the CMA Fest in Nashville on June 5.
