“Over the Influence: A Memoir” by Joanna “JoJo” Levesque will be released on September 17. The artist, who gained fame in the mid-2000s with hits like “Leave (Get Out)” and “Too Little Too Late,” shares her journey after stepping away from the limelight. In this memoir, she reveals the challenges she faced, including a protracted legal battle with her record label, and explains the reasons behind her absence and eventual return to music.
“Life in the Key of G,” authored by saxophonist Kenny G and Philip Lerman, is scheduled for release on September 24. Known for his signature sound and iconic hair, Grammy-winning Kenny G offers a glimpse into his life, sharing his evolution from a bullied child in Seattle to a sought-after musician who backed legends like Barry White and Liberace.
“From Here to the Great Unknown: A Memoir” will be published on October 8, co-authored by Lisa Marie Presley and her daughter Riley Keough. After Lisa Marie’s passing two years ago, Keough took on the task of completing her mother’s memoir. Through previously recorded tapes, Keough narrates Lisa Marie’s experiences, highlighting her connections to her famous parents, Elvis and Priscilla Presley.
Cher’s memoir, titled “Cher: The Memoir, Part One,” is set to release on November 19. As the celebrated performer approaches her 80th birthday, she reflects on her life from her childhood to her marriage with Sonny Bono. Part One promises to explore their complex relationship, with a second installment yet to be announced, emphasizing the expansive nature of her story.
