Explosive Allegations Surface Against Ye: Ex-Assistant Claims Drugging and Assault

An ex-assistant of Ye, the artist previously known as Kanye West, has made serious accusations against him, claiming he drugged and raped her during a studio session in Santa Monica, California. This allegation emerged in recent court documents reviewed by various outlets.

Lauren Pisciotta, who filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination and sexual harassment against Ye in June, stated that Ye specifically invited her and a former unnamed musician client to the session, which was co-hosted by Ye and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Pisciotta alleges that Ye handed her a drink at the event, insisting everyone had to consume alcohol to remain there. After taking a few sips, she claimed she began to feel disoriented and impaired, losing control over her body and speech.

The following day, she said she had no memory of the night before and experienced significant shame and embarrassment, while her former client felt too traumatized to discuss their experience. The incident is said to have occurred years before Pisciotta was employed by Ye from 2021 to 2022.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta mentioned that although she didn’t recall any sexual assault happening at the time, Ye remarked prior to her firing that they “kind of hooked up a little one time” during the studio session.

Pisciotta also alleged that Ye expressed anger over his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s comments regarding the situation. She claimed Ye told Kardashian about their alleged encounter but omitted the “true nature and severity” of his actions. Furthermore, when Pisciotta informed Ye she couldn’t remember the studio night, he reportedly laughed and dismissed her feelings.

This filing comes in the wake of Combs pleading not guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering charges last month, amid allegations regarding sex parties involving date rape drugs.

In her earlier lawsuit against Ye, Pisciotta accused him of sending unsolicited explicit images and claimed he would engage in inappropriate behavior while on the phone with her.

A spokesperson for Ye responded to the allegations, labeling them as “baseless” and suggesting that Pisciotta had made unwanted advances towards him in an attempt to secure employment and benefits, and later resorted to blackmail when those advances were declined.
