Starting today and running throughout the week, San Marino RTV will cover the Eurovision event featuring Gabry Ponte, representing San Marino with “Tutta l’Italia.” The audience can look forward to daily live broadcasts on TV and radio channels, along with the exclusive “Eurovision KIT” format and special online content. There will also be special participation by Senhit, San Marino’s Ambassador at the Eurovision Song Contest.
Roberto Sergio, the Director General, highlighted this event as a testament to their extraordinary commitment following the remarkable success of the San Marino Song Contest held last March, which garnered over 160 million views across all Rai and RTV platforms. He urges all Italians to vote for Gabry Ponte with “Tutta L’Italia,” which serves as the jingle for the 2025 Sanremo Festival, in the semifinals on March 17. It’s important to remember that, according to Eurovision regulations, participants cannot vote for their own country’s entry.
The Eurovision semifinals and finals will be broadcasted live on TV, radio, and streaming platforms at 9:00 PM, hosted by Gigi Restivo—an experienced commentator for Eurovision—and Anna Gaspari, who will be making her debut. The series kicks off with the first semifinal on Tuesday, May 13, where Gabry Ponte will compete. The second semifinal is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, and the grand final will take place on Saturday, May 17.
Additionally, “EUROVISION KIT” will air on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM, delivering everything viewers need to know about the Eurovision journey. This segment will feature Senhit and Mauro Torresi, providing insights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content, with a recap special airing on Sunday, May 18.
San Marino RTV is also enhancing its digital presence with extra backstage content available on its web and social media platforms, featuring reels and stories from Senhit in her original format “Under the Umbrella,” collecting voices from Eurovision participants.
Moreover, the crew in Basel will provide comprehensive coverage of the festival through daily updates in the San Marino news segments at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM, complemented by broadcast segments on Radio San Marino at FM 102.7 and Dab+ in the Lazio region. San Marino RTV can be accessed via digital terrestrial channel DTT 831, Tivusat 93, and Sky 520.
This well-planned coverage aims to connect fans with the excitement of Eurovision, embodying San Marino’s deep involvement in the cultural spectacle.
