Hawkeye will see adjustments to his gameplay mechanics, now requiring 2.5 seconds to fully charge his bow. In contrast, several heroes are getting a boost: Winter Soldier’s health has been increased to 275, plus he gains an additional 40 HP from his abilities, while Wolverine receives a health upgrade to 350.
