Enigma Strengthens Creative Team with Key Appointment

Independent creative and media agency Enigma has bolstered its creative team with the appointment of Clare Yardley as head of creative services. Yardley brings a wealth of experience, having worked for a decade as resource and creative services director at BMF Australia, along with prior experience as creative services director at Saatchi & Saatchi.

In her new position, Clare will establish and implement agency-wide processes that enhance the delivery of top-tier creative work, improve cost efficiencies, encourage collaboration across departments, and support overall business growth for Enigma and its clients. Her hiring aligns with a series of significant appointments in the creative department this year, including the addition of Aldo Ferretto as creative director and head of art in June, and Simon Lee stepping up as chief creative officer in March.

Lee expressed enthusiasm about Clare’s appointment, stating that her role is crucial in ensuring the agency runs smoothly and effectively. He noted her strong energy and extensive connections in the industry, emphasizing how delighted the agency is to welcome her.

Clare Yardley herself expressed excitement about joining Enigma, highlighting the agency’s genuine appreciation for creative operations. She looks forward to contributing to the agency’s culture and shaping its creative processes.

This appointment reflects Enigma’s commitment to enhancing its creative capabilities and fostering growth. With these strategic hires, Enigma is positioning itself for success in delivering exceptional creative services to its clients.
