Manuel Ruggiero, the president of NtI, voiced additional worries about the potential dangers associated with large gatherings, especially with numerous scooter riders often seen without helmets, which could lead to injuries and accidents. “We already struggle to manage ordinary circumstances, let alone during a championship celebration,” he remarked.
