The Education Ministry is taking significant steps to enhance school operations by revising over twenty key educational frameworks, addressing outdated and inconsistent policies that have long hindered the delivery of quality education. Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro highlighted that many existing policies have either expired or are no longer aligned with current needs.
Radrodro emphasized the importance of these updates, noting that the revised frameworks are expected to provide schools with clearer guidelines and improved accountability mechanisms. He pointed out that roughly 95 percent of the existing policies require proper documentation and essential updates to address various areas, including human resources, payroll, staff remuneration, school safety, and canteen policies.
