The Traitors alum took to Instagram to inform his followers that he broke his nose during rehearsals. While practicing a new dance move with professional partner Daniella Karagach, Efron was accidentally struck by her elbow. However, he maintained a positive outlook through his ordeal.
“Broke my nose,” Efron shared alongside a photo from the hospital. Despite the injury, he expressed confidence that it wouldn’t hinder his dancing. “I’m seriously all good, but I’ll never forget the way Dani, Pasha, and Danielle WOULDN’T leave my side when it happened. Warms my heart to have friends like them,” he stated. Following a brief hospital visit, he assured fans that he would return to the dance floor without skipping a beat.
Efron isn’t alone in facing challenges this season; his fellow contestant Danielle Fishel also dealt with her own injury, pulling a hamstring earlier in the competition. She shared her struggles on social media, showcasing a bruise while reassuring fans that she was recovering.
