Dolly Parton Returns to Las Vegas for Limited Engagement: Don’t Miss Out!

Dolly Parton, the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, has announced an exciting limited engagement at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. Scheduled from December 4 to December 13, 2025, this six-show stint coincides with the National Finals Rodeo at the Thomas & Mack Center.

Parton has a deep-rooted history with Las Vegas, having first graced the Strip in February 1981 at the Riviera, where she completed a spectacular 22-week run. During her time there, she amassed an impressive $7.7 million, translating to over $27 million in today’s dollars—a figure that highlights her star power during the early years of modern Las Vegas residencies.

The upcoming shows at The Colosseum mark the first time in years that Parton has performed a residency in Las Vegas. In the past, she headlined at the Circus Maximus showroom at Caesars Palace, which is no longer in operation due to the shift towards more grand venues.

With excitement radiating from her announcement, Parton expressed her fondness for performing in Vegas: “To say I’m excited would be an understatement. I haven’t worked Vegas in years and I’ve always loved singing there. I’m looking so forward to the shows in The Colosseum at Caesars and I hope you are as well. See you there!”

Though she has previously stated that a long-term residency wasn’t in her plans, the allure of Vegas and the energy it brings seem to have drawn her back for this limited engagement.

Fans can expect a memorable experience as Parton plans to showcase a medley of classic hits from her extensive catalog, including “9 to 5,” “Jolene,” and “I Will Always Love You.” Her latest album “Rockstar,” released in November 2023, features collaborations with legendary artists such as Paul McCartney and Joan Jett, further cementing her versatility as an artist.

Parton’s return to Las Vegas not only reignites nostalgia for fans but also symbolizes her enduring legacy within the music industry. It’s a promising opportunity for both long-time admirers and new fans to witness a living legend perform live. Tickets for her shows are set to go on sale at 10 a.m. this Wednesday, and excitement is building for what promises to be an unforgettable series of performances.
