Doja Cat’s New Romance Sparks Curiosity: What Happened with Noah Schnapp?

The incident between singer Doja Cat and Stranger Things actor Noah Schnapp in 2022 is still fresh in the minds of fans. Schnapp had made headlines when he shared private messages from Doja Cat, asking him to get in touch with Joseph Quinn. Many commentators criticized Doja Cat for sending such messages to Schnapp when he was only 17 at the time.

Recently, Doja Cat and Joseph Quinn were spotted enjoying a romantic outing in London, displaying affectionate behavior. This new development seems to have put the past behind her, including her previous remarks calling Schnapp a “weasel” during a TikTok live stream. Since then, Doja Cat has apologized, and now appears to have moved on with Quinn.

Quinn, age 30, hails from London and has a background in theater. Raised in South London, he attended a private school known for its strong drama program and later graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2015. As an only child from separated parents, he was always drawn to the stage, saying he felt a “pathological need for attention.”

His professional acting career began with a lead role in the BBC One series Dickensian in 2015, followed by parts in Howards End (2017) and a brief appearance in season seven of Game of Thrones as Koner. His feature film debut came with Overlord in 2018.

The role of Eddie Munson in Stranger Things significantly elevated his career, bringing him global recognition. In 2022, he recounted the moment his life changed forever when he received the call about landing the role. He described feeling disbelief and surprise at the good news.

As for the future of Eddie Munson, Quinn has teased the possibility of his character returning in the fifth season of Stranger Things. When asked about it, he responded playfully, suggesting he might have a similar feeling about Munson’s potential comeback.

Since his rise to fame, Quinn’s career has flourished. He starred in A Quiet Place: Day One alongside Lupita Nyong’o and is set to appear in Gladiator II with stars like Paul Mescal, Denzel Washington, and Pedro Pascal. Additionally, he is set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Human Torch in The Fantastic Four, which is scheduled for release in 2025.

Quinn has admitted to feeling somewhat awkward in the company of other celebrities despite his rising star status.
