Disney World has revealed the Ambassadors for the 2026-2027 term: Kylee Withers and Phelicia Blake. These two will represent Disney World’s 75,000-plus cast members over the next couple of years. The announcement was made by Disney World President Jeff Vahle at a special ceremony held at EPCOT on September 19.
In their roles, Withers and Blake will have the opportunity to lead and participate in various events geared toward cast members. These activities include opening ceremonies, celebrations, and marking important anniversaries. The public is invited to engage with their journey through the hashtag #DisneyCastLife on social media.
Withers and Blake succeed Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad, the Ambassadors for the 2024-2025 term. This tradition is part of a broader Disney Ambassador Program initiated by Walt Disney himself. The program made its debut in 1965 with Julie Reihm Casaletto as the very first Disney Ambassador. Since its inception, almost 250 cast members have held the esteemed title of Disney Ambassador across various Disney destinations worldwide.
This announcement affirms Disney’s commitment to maintaining this cherished tradition by continuing to celebrate and recognize the contributions of their team members. The recent announcement of Disneyland Ambassadors on September 18 further underscores the continuity of this valued program.
