Phoenix, Dec. 27, 2024 – Discount Tire, through its real estate division Halle Properties, LLC, has successfully acquired the Desert Ridge Corporate Center I and II in Phoenix. This 12-acre complex features 275,208 square feet of office space spread across two four-story buildings, built in 2005 and 2007.
Since 2019, Discount Tire has been a tenant at the Desert Ridge facility, utilizing one entire floor for its corporate operations. Founded in 1960 by Bruce T. Halle, Discount Tire has grown to boast an impressive network of over 1,200 retail stores nationwide, employing more than 3,500 individuals in Arizona alone.
