The anticipated sequel to the hit film “Dhurandhar” has officially been titled “Dhurandhar: The Revenge,” with the announcement made by the film’s makers on Tuesday. A striking new poster for the sequel was released, setting the tone for the next installment of the franchise.

Ranveer Singh, who plays the lead role, shared the poster on his Instagram account. The visuals are drenched in deep red tones, evoking a sense of foreboding, with Singh depicted in a commanding pose at the center. The title “THE REVENGE” is prominently displayed on a red wall in the background, hinting at themes of vengeance and conflict. The poster also indicates the film’s release date: March 19, 2026.

In a thrilling lead-up to the project’s unveiling, Ranveer revealed that the teaser for “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” would be released that same day at 12:12 PM. Singh confirmed that the film will have a global theatrical release available in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, ensuring it reaches a wide audience.

The excitement for the sequel began to build when director Aditya Dhar and Singh teased fans with a cryptic post on Instagram the day before, indicating that something significant would be revealed on the following day.

“Dhurandhar: The Revenge” continues the story of Hamza Ali Mazhari, an Indian spy who has infiltrated the underworld of Pakistan. After successfully dealing with gangster Rehman Dakait, Hamza finds his position strengthened, but the stakes rise dramatically as he faces Major Iqbal, a cunning ISI strategist, known for his formidable intellect.

The film boasts a powerful cast featuring Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and Arjun Rampal.
