This unique footwear, crafted by renowned shoe artist Mache, is set to retail for $195 and highlights the diner chain’s playful embrace of its breakfast heritage.
The “Sticky Kicks” are designed with a combination of tumbled yellow accents, the iconic Denny’s logo embossed on the heel, and a clear panel on the side that showcases the syrup within, making these shoes a fusion of diner culture and streetwear fashion. According to Denny’s announcement, they are marketed as “impractical, unnecessary, and completely over the top” — qualities that resonate with the brand’s playful identity.
Available in adult sizes 8-13, these sneakers will be sold exclusively on DinerDrip.com starting at noon on National Syrup Day. Denny’s Rewards members will enjoy an hour of early access to snag the eye-catching footwear.
Mache, also known as Dan Gamache, expressed his excitement over creating such a distinctive product.
