“Two years ago, I went to see the Virgin of Guadalupe. I was going through a tough moment – I had lost a friend. That day, I hoped that the Virgin might help me. When I woke up, my friend had gone to heaven. The next day, I had to perform with a lot of colleagues on ‘La Voz,’ and I’m not sure how I managed to sing, especially songs like ‘Esta Ausencia.’ I remember that day was cloudy, but there were three immense rays of light that helped me a lot,” he expressed.
The singer also presented his new album titled “Todo es Posible en Navidad,” featuring classic holiday songs such as “El Burrito Sabanero” and “Los Peces en el río.”
“This is a tribute to this significant celebration, but also a way to thank all the countries that have supported and embraced me. So, I just want to say, Merry Christmas!” he stated.
