Law enforcement authorities conducted a search of a Hollywood Hills residence linked to singer D4vd on Wednesday night, probing connections to the abandoned Tesla where the decomposed body of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas was discovered. The search, part of an ongoing investigation, aims to gather evidence, including digital devices that might contain security recordings or link Rivas to the home.

The Tesla, found abandoned in Los Angeles, was moved to a towing facility after being reported by a witness. Neighbors mentioned the vehicle had been left unattended for over a month. On September 8, authorities responded to the impound lot due to a report of a foul odor emanating from the car. This led to the tragic discovery of Rivas’s remains in the trunk. She had been reported missing from Lake Elsinore, California, last year.

Investigators have been actively collecting evidence, with several key items undergoing analysis. While the cause of Rivas’s death is yet to be determined, the case is currently under a death investigation. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office noted Rivas’s attire at the time of discovery but has not confirmed the exact circumstances surrounding her death.

David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, acknowledged his awareness of the situation and is cooperating fully with law enforcement as they pursue leads to unravel the mystery surrounding Rivas’s death. The investigation remains a complex and sensitive case as authorities seek justice and answers for the young girl’s untimely demise.
