Executive Chef Alsonso Beckford emphasizes the importance of representing diverse cultures through their menu. The selection begins with small plates, featuring dishes ranging from samosas to Korean fried chicken.
The menu also includes fusion cuisine such as sweet corn and poblano ravioli. “It’s essentially a reinterpretation of an elote,” Beckford notes. “I aim to combine all the flavors in one dish, enhancing the ravioli with that distinct corn flavor.”
Desserts are equally enticing, including a signature white chocolate and raspberry bread pudding. “Our bread pudding is made with white chocolate, topped with both white chocolate and raspberry sauces, along with fresh raspberries and whipped cream. We even make the brioche bread in-house,” Beckford adds.
