Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa is enhancing its leadership team with five crucial appointments aimed at reinforcing its commitment to world-class hospitality and positioning the resort as a premier destination in the Pacific.

Regina Wilson steps in as the Director of Sales and Marketing, bringing over 30 years of experience from her extensive career across Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, and Fiji. Previously, she served as the market director of sales and marketing for Marriott International Fiji, and as the director of sales and marketing at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay. In her new role, Wilson will direct efforts to promote Crowne Plaza as a top choice for travelers.

Anand Ravi has been named the Director of Food and Beverage, showcasing his 24 years of expertise in culinary operations and management within major hotel chains, including Marriott and Accor. He will focus on enhancing the resort’s dining and event experiences for visitors.

Amlesh Kumar joins as the Director of Events Planning, where he will manage all events at the resort, from corporate meetings to weddings. Kumar is expected to play a significant role in launching a new convention center and ballroom, aimed at expanding the resort’s capabilities for hosting business and corporate events.

Ajit Mishra has been appointed as the Rooms Division Manager, overseeing front office operations and guest services. Additionally, Shankar Makam has been named the Chief Engineer, contributing over a decade of expertise in engineering and facilities management within the hospitality industry, ensuring high safety and efficiency standards for guests and staff alike.

Sudhir Yadav, the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Fiji, expressed his optimism about the new leadership team, stating, “This experienced group brings the expertise and vision necessary to fully realize the potential of these facilities.” He further noted that with the upcoming launch of the new convention center and ballroom in November, the resort is poised to elevate its offerings.
