Cousins Leads Falcons to Last-Minute Upset Over Eagles!

With just 1:39 remaining in the game and trailing by six points following an Eagles field goal, Cousins orchestrated a rapid 70-yard touchdown drive in a mere 65 seconds. He connected with Drake London for a 7-yard touchdown pass, pushing the Falcons ahead and securing their first win of the season.

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 22 of 28 passes for 170 yards, along with one touchdown and one interception. He also rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries. Saquon Barkley contributed 95 yards on 22 carries, while DeVonta Smith had 76 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. The Eagles were in a position to run down the clock during their final offensive drive but opted for a field goal, leaving the Falcons with an opportunity to reclaim the lead.

Cousins finished the night with 20 completions on 29 attempts for 241 yards and two touchdowns, marking his first victory with the Falcons after joining the team in the offseason. Bijan Robinson added 97 yards on 14 carries, and Darnell Mooney tallied 88 yards and a touchdown on three receptions.
