Country Stars Shine at 2024 People’s Choice Awards: Who Took Home the Most Trophies?

The 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards were held live on NBC from the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on September 26, starting at 8 p.m. and hosted by Shania Twain.

Morgan Wallen emerged as the biggest winner of the night, claiming four awards, including The People’s Artist for the second consecutive year. He also won The Concert Tour award for his popular One Night at a Time tour and received accolades as the Social Country Star of 2024, in addition to winning The Song of 2024 for his collaboration with Post Malone on “I Had Some Help.”

Luke Combs took home three awards, winning The Album of 2024 for his work, Fathers & Sons, and the Male Artist of 2024. He also received The Male Song of 2024 award for his hit “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” from Twisters: The Album. Rising star Shaboozey was honored as The New Artist of 2024 and won The New Artist Song of 2024 for “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” which has now spent 11 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Dasha won The Female Song award for her track “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’),” while MGK’s collaboration with Jelly Roll on “Lonely Road” was recognized with the crossover song award. Lainey Wilson repeated her success by winning The Female Artist award, Dan + Shay took home The Group/Duo award, and Old Dominion’s song “Different About You” won the Group/Duo Song award.

Additionally, Miranda Lambert was honored with the Country Icon Award, acknowledging her extensive career and her significant influence on the genre, alongside her efforts as an advocate for shelter animals, restaurateur, and New York Times best-selling author. Kane Brown also received the Country Champion Award for his impactful contributions to the music industry.
