Stephen Timothy Clark, the trustee from Wilmington, North Carolina, transferred ownership of Unit 1205 at 35 Watergate Drive to New York City residents Eric and Marcia Kaplan. The condominium, constructed in 2003, features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 3,659 square feet of living space. It was previously sold for $2,226,500 in 2015.
