Cam Ward led the Miami Hurricanes down the field and into the end zone, helping the team to take the lead and complete a remarkable comeback against California.

The new AP Top 25 college football poll has been released following a Saturday filled with surprises, where four of the top eleven teams suffered losses to unranked opponents, leading to significant shifts in the rankings.

Last week’s top-ranked team, Alabama, was shocked by Vanderbilt in a match that marked the Commodores’ first victory over a top-five team in 61 attempts and their first win against Alabama since 1984. Additionally, No. 4 Tennessee was defeated by Arkansas, No. 10 Michigan lost to Washington, and No. 11 USC was bested by Minnesota.

In other notable results, Texas A&M made a significant impact on the rankings after tying for the No. 25 spot in the previous week. The Aggies secured a commanding 41-10 victory against then-No. 9 Missouri.

Looking at the impact of Saturday’s games on the College Football Playoff chase, the Allstate Playoff Predictor will continue to update odds for the top four teams each week following the matchups.
