Coldplay Adds Second Concert in El Paso: What You Need to Know!

Coldplay has announced an additional performance in El Paso due to high ticket demand as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour.

The band will perform at the Sun Bowl on two dates: Friday, June 13, 2025, and the newly added show on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

The excitement surrounding the initial announcement was heightened by a promotional video showcasing the Sun Bowl alongside celestial themes, released by the UTEP Office of Special Events.

As tickets for the first performance continue to sell, fans now have a second chance to see the international rock band live. El Paso is among key U.S. cities, including Las Vegas, Denver, Nashville, Miami, and Boston, included in the tour itinerary.

Current ticket sales indicate that standard admission tickets for the El Paso concerts are nearing a sellout. While standard tickets for the first show are fully booked, only a few remain available for the newly added date on Saturday, June 14, 2025, as per the Ticketmaster website.

VIP packages are still offered as of Friday, with prices ranging from $542 to $793. These packages provide advantages such as seats closer to the stage, early entry, a Coldplay merchandise item, and access to a dedicated merchandise stand, among other perks.

For those looking for resale options, tickets are available on websites like StubHub and SeatGeek, starting around $140.

Before reaching sellout, standard admission tickets through Ticketmaster were priced at $32.

Tickets for the general public will go on sale starting at noon MT at Ticketmaster.com.

The presale registration has closed, and the public sale will commence at noon.

Resale tickets can be found on StubHub for both shows, with prices beginning at $148 for bleacher seating and $583 for floor seats. SeatGeek also lists tickets starting at $140.

StubHub has operated for over 20 years and claims to be a leading market for fans to buy and sell tickets. The site guarantees all orders through its FanProtect Guarantee, ensuring ticket validity or a refund.

However, the company holds an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau due to a 2024 lawsuit related to alleged deceptive practices involving undisclosed fees to consumers and has numerous complaints filed against it.

SeatGeek also holds an “F” rating from the BBB.
