Coldplay Adds Extra El Paso Date: Can You Snag Tickets?

Coldplay has announced a second concert in El Paso due to high ticket demand, as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour. The additional performance will take place at the Sun Bowl on Saturday, June 14, 2025, following the first show on Friday, June 13, 2025.

The band created a buzz with their initial announcement, which was preceded by a promotional video from the UTEP Office of Special Events showcasing the Sun Bowl along with celestial visuals. With tickets for the first concert still available, fans now have a chance to see the renowned group during their visit to El Paso, which joins a list of major U.S. cities including Las Vegas, Denver, Nashville, Miami, and Boston on their tour schedule.

Tickets for the El Paso shows are selling quickly, with general admission nearly sold out. As of Friday afternoon, standard tickets for the first show are no longer available, with limited options remaining for the new Saturday performance, as noted on the Ticketmaster website.

VIP packages are currently offered, ranging from $542 to $793. These packages include benefits such as seating in closer rows, early entry to the venue, a Coldplay merchandise item, access to a dedicated merch stand, and more, varying by package.

Resale tickets can be found on platforms like StubHub and SeatGeek, with prices starting around $140. Initially, standard Ticketmaster admission tickets were priced at $32 before selling out.

For those interested, tickets will be open to the general public starting at noon MT at Ticketmaster.com. The presale signup has closed, meaning all sales will occur through the public launch.

Ticket prices are set for the general sale, beginning Friday, October 11, at 12 p.m. MT on Ticketmaster.com, where resale options are also available. Resale ticket prices range from approximately $148 for bleacher seats to $583 for floor seating, with SeatGeek listing tickets starting at $140.

StubHub claims to be a reputable site for buying and selling tickets, offering a 100% guarantee that promises valid tickets or a full refund under its FanProtect Guarantee. However, it currently holds an “F” rating on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) due to a 2024 lawsuit related to allegedly deceptive practices, alongside numerous complaints. SeatGeek also shares an “F” rating.
