Chipotle is set to tantalize taste buds with the introduction of their new Red Chimichurri sauce, available for a limited time from September 30th across their U.S. and Canadian locations. This flavorful addition is crafted with an enticing blend of garlic, fresh hand-cut cilantro, sunflower oil, chili peppers, and citrus juice, promising a bold and fresh experience.

Following in the footsteps of the successful Adobo Ranch dip—Chipotle’s first new dip in five years—Red Chimichurri aims to elevate the dining experience. Nevielle Panthaky, Chipotle’s Vice President of Culinary, suggests three curated entrées that pair exquisitely with the new sauce:

1. **Carne Asada Burrito**: A hearty combination of white rice, black beans, Carne Asada, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, cheese, romaine lettuce, and Red Chimichurri.

2. **Chicken Bowl**: This features white rice, black beans, chicken, roasted chili-corn salsa, guacamole, cheese, and Red Chimichurri.

3. **Sofritas Bowl**: A delicious mix of brown rice, pinto beans, Sofritas, fajita veggies, roasted chili-corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, romaine lettuce, all topped with Red Chimichurri.

In addition, Chipotle Rewards members have the exclusive opportunity to try this new sauce for free on September 30th.
