Chase Chrisley is reflecting on the rapid maturation he experienced following the arrest of his parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, for fraud and tax evasion. Chase expressed, “I try to find a positive in every negative,” emphasizing the lessons he learned because of his parents’ situation. With his parents starting their prison sentences in January 2023, Chase felt a strong motivation to become more independent. “It was the first time in my life that I was like, ‘All right, I need to prove to myself that I can do this alone,’” he shared, underlining his desire to earn his father’s respect and demonstrate his self-sufficiency.
In light of these changes, Chase has channeled his energy into entrepreneurial endeavors, focusing on building the Chase Chrisley Collection, a roofing business, and launching a new zero-alcohol seltzer brand called Gold Drop. This proactive approach illustrates his determination to find success on his own terms during difficult times.
