The championship will be hosted at the venue of the team with the highest conference winning percentage. If the teams end up tied in standings, tiebreakers will be decided by the results from the College Football Playoff rankings on November 26 and the outcomes of the final games played on November 30. Historically, since their series began in 1953, Army and Tulane have faced each other 23 times, with Tulane leading the series at 13-9-1 and having won the last four encounters, including a 38-12 victory in 2020.
