CeCe Winans, the renowned gospel singer and 17-time Grammy Award winner, will grace the national anthem performance at the Detroit Lions’ Thanksgiving Day game against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday, November 27, 2025. This year, the iconic event, held at Ford Field, is set to shine even brighter with the presence of this Detroit native, who is also celebrated as a member of the Gospel Hall of Fame and a recipient of 33 Dove Awards.
The excitement doesn’t stop there, as newly inducted Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Jack White will take center stage as the halftime performer. White, known for his work with The White Stripes alongside his bandmate Meg White, was honored with this prestigious induction just last weekend.
Further amplifying the star-studded lineup, Eminem and his long-time manager Paul Rosenberg, president of Shady Records, will be the executive producers of the halftime show for not only this season but also for the next two seasons. Eminem and Rosenberg previously collaborated as executive producers for the widely viewed Michigan Central Station concert, where Eminem performed a powerful set, culminating the evening.
The Lions Thanksgiving halftime show will also be produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, ensuring a captivating and memorable experience for fans. With such a talented roster of artists involved, this year’s Thanksgiving game promises to be a spectacular celebration of music and football, further solidifying the event’s status as a cherished tradition in Detroit.
