Carrie Underwood’s Surprise Las Vegas Appearance: What’s Next for the Star?

Carrie Underwood recently surprised fans with an appearance at SiriusXM’s Music Row Happy Hour, held at Resorts World Las Vegas, the venue for her ongoing “Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency.” During the event, she chatted with SiriusXM’s Buzz Brainard about several topics, including the first anniversary of her Carrie’s Country station, the extension of her residency through 2025, and her upcoming role as a judge on American Idol, two decades after winning the competition. Underwood also discussed her 12th consecutive show opening for NBC’s Sunday Night Football and her new collaboration with Papa Roach on the song “Leave A Light On (Talk Away the Dark).”

Trace Adkins is set to collaborate with former MLB player and manager Don Mattingly for an event titled “A Night Of Songs & Stories,” aimed at supporting Mattingly Charities, which focuses on aiding underserved youth in Evansville, Indiana. The event will take place on November 21 at Evansville’s Victory Theatre and will include a special Q&A session with Adkins, along with an intimate performance of his popular songs. Tickets will be available for purchase starting this Friday, August 30.
