Tensions are escalating between Cardi B and Offset amid their ongoing divorce proceedings. In a series of Instagram Live sessions on Wednesday night, Cardi B accused her estranged husband of bombarding her with messages aimed at provoking jealousy over his new romantic interests. This exchange, highlighted in various social media recordings, showed Cardi expressing regret about their relationship.
While referring to Offset without naming him directly, Cardi made her feelings clear during the livestreams. Currently in France for Paris Fashion Week, she remarked, “I don’t care” about any other women he may be seeing, asserting, “I’m too much woman for you… And I’ve always been too good for you.”
During her candid exchanges, she stated, “Nothing surprises me anymore. You’ve done it all, so I don’t care,” but she expressed gratitude for their three children, saying, “Thank you for my kids, though. All three of them, I don’t regret none of them. But I regret you. I don’t regret my kids; you’re a good daddy. You’re all right.”
Cardi emphasized that, despite their issues, she would never want anything harmful to happen to Offset due to their children’s love for him, reiterating her adherence to “street codes.”
The couple, who wed in 2017, shares three children: Kulture, 6, Wave, 3, and a newborn. Cardi announced the birth of their third child shortly after news of her pregnancy and divorce became public. She had previously filed for divorce from Offset in 2020.
Screenshots from social media users indicated that Offset commented on Cardi’s livestream, accusing her of infidelity during her pregnancy. Cardi responded by admitting she did not want to air their grievances online but felt compelled to do so due to Offset’s “messy” behavior, which she attributed to his emotional state.
In a pointed remark, she challenged him to engage in a back-and-forth dispute, asserting her desire for peace and independence: “I told you: Leave me … alone.” Cardi also claimed that Offset attempted to threaten her regarding their assets in the ongoing divorce case, stating, “Now we’re going to court war, right?”
Earlier reports stated that Cardi and Offset had reconciled temporarily this month, sharing moments on social media as they celebrated their son Wave’s birthday with family.
