McClung arrives in Chicago boasting a remarkable resume, including being a former MVP of the NBA G League and a three-time NBA Slam Dunk champion. His most recent accolade came during the NBA All-Star Weekend in February, where he won his third consecutive Slam Dunk contest held in San Francisco.
Last season, McClung was a standout performer for the Osceola Magic in the NBA G League, where he averaged an impressive 25.7 points, 6.6 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game, earning him the MVP distinction. His offensive skills and exceptional athleticism are expected to provide an exciting spark for the Bulls, an asset given the team’s push for a more dynamic playing style.
