Bula FC’s head coach, Stephane Auvray, is rallying his team in preparation for a crucial match against Vanuatu United FC, set for next Sunday. Following a challenging 1-0 defeat to Tahiti United in their recent OFC Pro League match in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, Auvray remains optimistic, confident that his players will bounce back.

After completing their second circuit in PNG, the squad has returned home to refine their strategies ahead of the upcoming third round in Australia. Auvray has highlighted the necessity for his players to sharpen their scoring skills, expressing, “I know we’ll come back, so we’re just going to keep pushing because we have everything except the goals.”

Currently, Bula FC is fifth in the league standings, having earned five points from five matches, which encompasses one win, two draws, and two losses. Auckland FC leads the league with 15 points from six fixtures, followed by South Melbourne FC with 11 points and Solomon Kings FC with eight points. South Island United also stands at eight points, while Tahiti United, Vanuatu United FC, and PNG Hekari FC reside in the lower tier.

With a renewed focus on their offensive tactics and a determined mindset, Bula FC is geared up to make a significant impact in their forthcoming match against Vanuatu next Sunday in Australia. They are keen on securing a much-needed victory to revive their season prospects and climb higher in the league standings.
