BULA FC has officially appointed Joshua Raj as the club’s new Strength and Conditioning Coach. Raj, who recently arrived in Fiji, has jumped right into his role, collaborating closely with the team in preparation for the upcoming OFC Pro League.
Bringing with him over seven years of expertise in high-performance fitness, Raj has previously worked with athletes in India, the Middle East, and Europe. His notable experiences include serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Indian Football Federation, where he supported various national teams, including men’s, women’s, and youth squads. At the club level, he took on the position of Performance Coach for Malappuram FC in the Kerala Super League, a team that featured Fijian star Roy Krishna as a marquee player last season.
Additionally, Raj has accumulated significant experience at Rapidsport Fitness Center, a prominent sports fitness brand in India.
Expressing his excitement about joining Bula FC, Raj stated, “I’m grateful and excited for this opportunity. The team has great potential with a blend of young talents and experienced players. The diverse backgrounds of foreign players and staff bring valuable culture and expertise, which will enhance the team’s performance as we head into the competition.
