Bula FC’s head coach, Stephane Auvray, is optimistic about his team’s development as they prepare for their upcoming tour in New Zealand. He reported that the players are gradually adjusting to the increased intensity of their training sessions, focused on enhancing fitness, endurance, and athletic performance.

The team is currently undergoing a demanding training schedule, featuring twice-daily sessions that merge fitness routines with tactical drills and ball-handling skills. “We have been running a lot, and we are working on endurance so the players can develop good athleticism,” Auvray stated, emphasizing the importance of these efforts.

Acknowledging the tough nature of the training, Auvray remains confident that these challenges will lead to significant benefits as the season progresses. He observed, “They are tired because they are not used to this rhythm of work. The running is painful for them, but I explained it will pay dividends by February and March.”

Despite the rigorous practice, Auvray commended the team’s resilience and dedication. “So far so good. I have to give them a few reminders, but I am still satisfied,” he reflected positively on their advancement.

Furthermore, Auvray noted the successful integration of foreign players into the squad, praising their professionalism and the cooperative spirit that is developing within the team. “They are blending in very well and they are very welcome. I want them to bring professionalism, and we are getting to that level,” he explained.

With Auvray’s leadership and the team’s commitment to adapting to challenging training conditions, there is a hopeful outlook for Bula FC as they prepare for their upcoming challenges in New Zealand. The combination of hard work and collaboration is expected to yield positive results in the near future.
