This marks Callahan’s first interview since his dismissal from the Titans in October, where he finished with a disappointing 4-19 record over two seasons, including a 1-5 mark in 2025 and a league-worst 3-14 record in his initial season in 2024.
Prior to his time in Tennessee, Callahan served as the offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2019 to 2023. During his tenure in Cincinnati, he played a key role in the team’s transition to the Joe Burrow era, showcasing his ability to develop offensive strategies and adapt to a changing team dynamic.
