Bryce James Takes the Next Step: College Basketball Awaits!

Bryce James, the youngest son of NBA great LeBron James, has officially committed to play college basketball for the Arizona Wildcats starting next season. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard currently plays for Sierra Canyon High School in California and is rated as a three-star recruit in the 2025 class.

During his recruitment process, Bryce received offers from several notable programs, including Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Duquesne. He also made campus visits to various schools, including USC, where his older brother Bronny previously played.

LeBron James expressed his pride and excitement over his son’s decision through an Instagram post, celebrating Bryce’s commitment with an enthusiastic message.

Bryce’s journey through high school basketball has seen him move between multiple schools, including a stint at Campbell Hall and a brief time at Notre Dame High before returning to Sierra Canyon this past November. Like his brother, he has secured a name, image, and likeness (NIL) deal with Klutch Sports, the agency that represents their father.

This announcement marks an exciting milestone for Bryce James as he embarks on his collegiate basketball career. As he continues to develop his skills, fans are hopeful to see him carve out his own path in the sport, following in the illustrious footsteps of his father and brother.
