Bruno Mars has officially announced the completion of his highly anticipated fourth solo album, marking a significant milestone a decade after his acclaimed record, 24K Magic. On Monday, Mars took to X to succinctly share the news: “My album is done.”

This upcoming release will be Mars’ first solo venture since his 2016 album, which delivered hit singles such as “That’s What I Like,” “Versace on the Floor,” and “Finesse.” Following that era, he collaborated with Anderson .Paak to form the duo Silk Sonic, releasing the well-received album An Evening With Silk Sonic in 2021.

The success of 24K Magic is undeniable, as it garnered Mars seven Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year and Record of the Year for its title track, as well as Song of the Year for “That’s What I Like.” The Silk Sonic project also enjoyed acclaim, particularly for the single “Leave the Door Open,” which earned the duo a total of four Grammy wins, including both Record and Song of the Year at the 2022 awards.

Since wrapping up the Silk Sonic chapter, Mars has continued to release chart-topping collaborations, such as “Fat, Juicy & Wet” with Sexyy Redd and the Grammy-winning “Die With a Smile” featuring Lady Gaga, which was celebrated at the 2025 Grammy Awards. Additionally, his recent collaboration with Rosé titled “APT” received significant buzz, landing three nominations for the upcoming awards show next month.

With his new album on the horizon, fans are eager to see how Mars will evolve musically while continuing to build on his legacy as one of the most successful artists of our time. The forthcoming album promises to further establish his impact on the music industry, adding to his storied collection of hits and awards.
