Black Ops 6 Beta Unleashes Exciting New Features and Rewards!

More details on Multiplayer, round-based Zombies, and a new Nuketown-inspired Warzone Resurgence map have emerged.

Everything you need to know about the Black Ops 6 beta is revealed in the latest announcements from Call of Duty: Next.

In Black Ops 6, Treyarch has revamped the core Multiplayer modes, enhanced Domination and Hardpoint, and introduced a new mode called Kill Order, which will be available during the Beta. Here are the key details surrounding the Multiplayer beta, along with insights into the Zombies mode and Warzone.

Black Ops 6 Beta Schedule

The first weekend of the beta runs from August 30 to September 4, exclusively for players who have pre-ordered the game. Access begins on August 30 at 10 AM PT and concludes on September 4 at 10 AM PT.

The second beta weekend is open to all players from September 6 to September 9, starting at 10 AM PT and ending at 10 AM PT on the last day.

Beta Rewards for Black Ops 6

Players can unlock cosmetic rewards by reaching milestones in Player Level during the Multiplayer Open Beta, and these rewards will carry over to the October 25 launch of Black Ops 6.

Pre-ordering the game digitally grants access to the Reflect 115 Camo Pack, among other bonuses.

Benefits of pre-ordering include:

– Reflect 115 Camo Pack
– Woods Operator Pack*
– Early Access to the Open Beta**

Opting for the Vault Edition offers additional rewards, including:

– Hunters Vs. Hunted Operator Pack
– BlackCell Season 1
– Mastercraft Weapon Collection
– GobbleGum Pack

Vault Edition pre-orders will enable access to the Hunters Vs. Hunted Operator Pack and Mastercraft Weapon Collection during the Black Ops 6 Beta.

The Reflect 115 Camo Pack features the Reflect 115 Mastery Camo for use in Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone. Players will also receive three Flawless Aetherium Crystals, three Legendary Aether Tools, and three Ray Gun Weapon Cases for immediate use in Modern Warfare Zombies.

Gameplay Innovations from COD Next

Treyarch has enhanced player movement options across Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone with a new Omnimovement system. This allows players to seamlessly connect combat actions such as sliding, diving, and an upgraded supine prone maneuver with full 360-degree motion capabilities.

Zombies in Black Ops 6

The Zombies experience will feature multi-stage Main Quests in maps like Terminus and Liberty Falls at launch, alongside additional maps released in future Seasons. Players can expect familiar perks, such as Stamin-Up and Quick Revive, in various locations.

Warzone’s New Area 99 Map

The reveal included the first live gameplay of the new Warzone map, Area 99, set for Season 1 release later this year. This map, designed by Treyarch, enhances movement and visibility, grounding its backdrop in the legacy of Black Ops.

Situated in the Nevada desert, Area 99, specifically the Echo Ridge Weapons Station, was created in the 1950s and is shrouded in secrecy, just a short distance from the original Nuketown site. After a reactor leak, the facility was abandoned and erased from government records.

Black Ops 6 will be available on PS5 and PS4 starting October 25. The journey awaits.
