The Buffalo Bills have made significant roster adjustments in preparation for their upcoming Divisional Round clash against the Denver Broncos. Notably, defensive tackle Ed Oliver and wide receiver Curtis Samuel have been activated from injured reserve, a development that fans are eager to see unfold on the field.

Ed Oliver’s return is particularly momentous. The talented defensive tackle faced a challenging season marred by injuries, first suffering an ankle issue that sidelined him for four games after the season opener against Baltimore. His troubles continued when he sustained a torn pec against the Panthers in October, leading to his placement on injured reserve. Meanwhile, Curtis Samuel has also battled injuries; he has been on IR since mid-November due to complications with his neck and elbow.

In addition to bringing back Oliver and Samuel, the Bills have also elevated wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. and running back Frank Gore Jr. from the practice squad. Hardman, who has been inactive since Week 16 against Cleveland, provides a much-needed boost to the receiving corps, while Gore Jr. lends depth to the running game after being called up for last week’s Wild Card matchup against Jacksonville.

The Bills will take the field against the Broncos on Saturday, January 17th, with kickoff scheduled for 4:30 PM. A victory would pave the way for a potential showdown in the AFC Championship against either the New England Patriots or the Houston Texans. With key players back in action, the Bills are hopeful their changes will lead to a successful playoff run.
