In June, reports emerged that Belichick was dating Hudson, with sources indicating they met during a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021. Although they have kept their relationship largely private, it has come up in discussions among some NFL players.
During the Netflix special “The Roast of Tom Brady” in May, former Patriots player Rob Gronkowski made a light-hearted comment about Belichick’s new romance, joking about the coach’s previous interest in local high schools. Tom Brady also teased Belichick regarding a security footage incident where he was seen leaving Hudson’s home early in the morning. Meanwhile, the Kelce brothers added to the playful commentary on their podcast, with Travis Kelce humorously referring to Belichick as a “smooth operator.”
