Following these assertions, on October 21, Bhabie took to Instagram to share (and subsequently delete) an email that appeared to involve a settlement agreement regarding parental rights, in which Peskowitz was purportedly set to receive $25,000.
In her post, Bhabie disclosed that she had actually paid $25,000 years prior to sever ties with her father legally. She noted her attempts to mend their relationship which ultimately did not succeed and stated that she had only considered giving him another chance based on a suggestion from LV, a friend or associate.
The alleged settlement agreement included stipulations requiring Bhabie to change her legal name and restrict communication between Peskowitz and both Bhabie and her mother. Additionally, Bhabie highlighted that the client (referring to Peskowitz) would agree not to make disparaging remarks about her or her mother in exchange for the monetary compensation.
