The Milwaukee Brewers are capitalizing on manager Pat Murphy’s quirky eating habits with a new ballpark treat called “Murph’s Pocket Pancakes.” These innovative snacks will be available during Sunday games for the remainder of the season at American Family Field, offering fans a chance to connect with the beloved manager’s mid-game munching habits.

The concept for “Murph’s Pocket Pancakes” emerged after Murphy’s amusing moment during an interview went viral. He was seen casually pulling a pancake from his uniform pocket and sharing it with a reporter, highlighting his unique approach to snacking in the dugout.

The culinary team behind this exciting new menu includes Chef Joe Muench from Blackshoe Hospitality and Chef Alex Beronja of Delaware North. The pancakes are designed to be warm and fluffy, making them a convenient option for fans looking to grab a bite during the game.

There are two options available: the “Ball Four Pocket Pack,” which features four pancake bites served with a choice of maple syrup or strawberry compote for $4.99, and the “Double Chicken ‘n’ Pancakes Pocket Pack,” which includes two pancakes stuffed with chicken tenders, topped with chopped bacon and drizzled with maple syrup for $7.99. These will be exclusively sold at the Chicken Stands located in both the First and Third Base Wards on Sundays.

This initiative not only showcases the fun personality of manager Pat Murphy but also adds a unique culinary experience that fans can enjoy while cheering for their team. It’s a delightful way to integrate quirky moments from the game into the fan experience, likely boosting attendance and engagement at the ballpark.
