Over 166 games at Auburn, Cardwell averaged 4.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks. His contributions were particularly key during the 2024-25 season, leading the Tigers to the Final Four, marking only the second time in the program’s history that they reached this stage. In their semifinal matchup, Cardwell recorded nine points and eight rebounds in a tough loss to the Florida Gators, the eventual national champions. The Tigers concluded their season with an impressive 32-6 record and were the top seed going into the NCAA Tournament.
