Apple TV+ has announced an exciting new series featuring Tony Award winner Liev Schreiber and Emmy Award nominee Zazie Beetz, along with SAG Award winner Stephen Graham. The series is based on the popular crime novels by Lars Kepler, known for their gripping storytelling. This 10-episode drama will be led by Schreiber as Jonah Lynn, an ex-soldier turned homicide detective seeking a quieter life in Western Pennsylvania, only to find his world turned upside down by a cunning serial killer, Jurek Walter, portrayed by Graham.
The project is being developed by A+E Studios in collaboration with Range Studios, with seasoned writers and producers Rowan Joffe and John Hlavin at the helm. Notably, Tim Van Patten, celebrated for his directorial work on acclaimed series, will direct the first two episodes. Filming is slated to begin this summer in Pittsburgh.
